Legal Interns and Externs
We accept full and part-time interns and externs, on a rolling basis throughout the year. These positions can be filled by law students, recent law school graduates or admitted attorneys. These positions are unpaid, but law students are often able to obtain academic credit for the work. We encourage applicants to look for funding through their law schools or other funding sources.
Please submit a cover letter stating your interest in a position at GELC and your availability (days/hours per week), resume, and a brief writing sample to email@example.com. In the subject line, write "Law School Intern", "Law Graduate" or "Volunteer Lawyer," as well as the part of the calendar year in which you are interested in working at GELC, e.g. Spring, Summer or Fall and the year.

On occassion we bring on college graduates for select projects. These positions are unpaid but are designed to give a college graudate a meaningful work experience.
