Our mission is to advance laws and policies that will promote gender equality in all spheres of public and private life.  We believe that all individuals should have an equal opportunity to succeed regardless of their gender, gender identity, gender expression or sexual orientation.  We work to break down barriers that are caused by explicit prejudice, stereotyping and implicit bias through a combination of strategic litigation, legislative reforms, community outreach, legal training and public policy initiatives.
